Shani Dev Sewa Samiti is a registered non-profit charitable organization committed to creating positive social change through education, healthcare, environmental conservation, humanitarian assistance, and community empowerment. Registered as a Devotional Trust under the Public Trust Act, Government of India (Jammu & Kashmir), the organization works tirelessly to improve the quality of life for underprivileged and marginalized communities.
Founded by Dr. Abhishek Gupta, Shani Dev Sewa Samiti was established on the belief that selfless service is the highest form of worship. Guided by this philosophy, our organization brings together volunteers, donors, and community members to create sustainable solutions that uplift lives and strengthen society.
Today, we continue to expand our reach by promoting education, supporting healthcare initiatives, protecting the environment, and extending humanitarian assistance to those who need it most.
Our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities by providing access to quality education, vocational skill development, healthcare support, environmental awareness, and humanitarian services. The core aims and objectives that drive the Shani Dev Sewa Samiti towards creating a lasting positive impact on society.
To promote, advance and encourage and / or aid in helping , promoting , advancing and encouraging feeling of devotion among common people for the purpose of betterment of society.
To establish, run and continue a temple of SHRI SHANI DEV JI , for the common people to offer prayers by the persons of all the age groups to develop habit of prayer among general public.
To establish and maintain a Temple constructed of SHRI SHANI DEV JI.
To provide help to the poor people from the trust fund in shape of libraries, providing of school education books, organize small functions for the help & betterment of poor.
To establish, maintain and run schemes for welfare of society , in shape of scholarship and render other kind of Aid to students including supply of books, stipends, medical and other incentives to study without any distinction as to caste, race, creed or sex.
To organize seminars for eradication social evils.
To take over or merge other/with trusts with allied objects.
To accept donations in kind or cash , subscriptions , grant and presents and to collect dividends, interest , rents, lease and other incomes and loans for trust only.
To invest and deal with the funds of the trust and to vary or alter such investments from time to time.
To do all such other lawful acts, deeds or things as are conducive, incidental, ancillary or allied to the attainment of the object of the Trust.
All the income , earnings, moveable or immovable properties of the Trust shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set-forth herein above and no portion thereof shall be paid or transfer directly or indirectly by way of dividends , bonus , profits or in any manner whatsoever, to any persons. No member of the Trust shall have any personal claims to any moveable or immovable property of the Trust or to any profit whatsoever , by virtue of his/her membership.

Founder Dr. Abhishek Gupta began a lifetime commitment to social service, leading community welfare projects and arranging marriages for underprivileged girls.
Successfully facilitated and arranged marriages for daughters of underprivileged families, while scaling up vocational education centers, medical camps, and regular langar services.
